The 1943/2-P nickels are noticeably more available, but remain among the keys to the series, along with other mint mishaps such as the 1939, 1943-P, and 1945-D doubled dies and the 1949-D/S. The present gorgeous and satiny Premium Gem features lovely green-gold and powder-blue toning, and even the lowest step of Monticello has pleasing definition.
