<B>1942 10C PR68 PCGS.</B></I> The PR68 grade is largely derived from the pristine surfaces. But, obviously, more is involved. Originality being one of them. The surfaces are mostly hazy-brilliant with a ring of iridescence at the obverse margin. The reverse does not quite have the iridescence but does have a thin ring of crimson-russet around the periphery. Exceptional quality.
