<B>1941-S 50C MS67 NGC.</B></I> No other issue from the "short set" of 1941 to 1947 Walking Liberty half dollars has garnered the attention of the 1941-S. As the modern era of coin collecting emerged in the 1960s and 1970s, the 1941-S was always trumpeted as the key issue among later dates and was always priced accordingly. One generally thinks of an MS67 1941-S as the ultimate short set Walker. The Superb, fully brilliant example now offered is well struck and displays a mildly reflective sheen. Surface marks, of course, are virtually nonexistent. An impeccable, unsurpassable coin for the collector who demands the finest.
