1941 Johnson semi-automatic rifle, .30-06 caliber, serial #A3417. Showing Crantston Arms maker’s cartouche at rear right side of receiver. Shows correct metal perforated hand-guard, aperture sight, military stock,correct leather sling, bayonet lug. The A-Series were the type that went to the Marine Corps in WWII. The metal surfaces are fine to excellent showing most of their original parkerized finish. The stocks arealso near excellent with some slight smoothing from added linseed oil. The leather sling shows “TS Co” maker’s mark with firebomb proof and 7-00 marking. Markings are sharp, bore excellent and the rifle has seen little use. Est: $2,500 - $5,000
