<B>1941-42 World Series Press Pins Lot of 2 (New York Yankees).</B></I> The DiMaggio years. Compare the designs of the earlier and later models here and you can believe that the Pearl Harbor attacks happened between their respective issues, with the 1942 version quite austere compared to the colorful enameled style that characterizes every Yankees pin that preceded it. Exceptional condition is one thing this pair has in common, however, with neither showing the faintest hint of wear, even upon the closest of inspection.
