<B>1941 10C PR68 </B></I> S<B> NGC.</B></I> Though its mintage is the second-highest of the proof Mercury dime issues, its production run amounted to only 16,557 specimens. This incredibly well-preserved representative has strong reflectivity beneath distinctive patina. The reverse has a thin layer of elegant champagne-gray toning, while the obverse has vivid stripes of yellow, aqua, emerald, and violet.
