1940's Yankee Stadium Double Seat. Removed from the venerable Bronx ballpark during the mid-1970's renovations, this pair of curved back seats remains in gloriously unrestored condition, with the sea foam green and later blue coats of paint unmistakable to the eye. These seats are the free-standing style, much more desirable than the more common rear mount style that require stanchions for use. And let's not forget that they're numbered "3" and "4," recalling Golden Age Yankee legends Ruth and Gehrig! Part furniture, part baseball history. Get them now before the old Stadium falls in 2009 and the market for its artifacts skyrockets.
