<B>1940's Cy Young & Ed Walsh Signed Baseball.</B></I> A lucky set of circumstances finds these two Dead Ball legends paired on a side panel, offering exceptional displayability for the cultured collector. We haven't been able to crack the case as to what event spawned this "Spalding Official League" ball signed by eleven mainly early century ballplayers, but we sure wish we could have been there. Also here is Fred Parent, who shared a dugout with each Hall of Famer during his career, and the ubiquitous Nick Altrock. Signature quality ranges from 2/10 to 6/10, with the Cooperstown residents at the top end of the spectrum. <I>LOA from PSA/DNA.
