<B>1940 National League All-Star Team Signed Program.</B></I> One pre-war autograph hound illustrated his allegiance to the Senior Circuit at the Sportsman's Park midsummer event by hunting down every available National Leaguer for a signature and brazenly shunning those in the opposing dugout. So while you'll find no Jimmie Foxx or Joe DiMaggio on the pages within, you will encounter magnificent 10/10 black fountain pen offerings from the likes of Ott, Hubbell, Durocher, Medwick, McKechnie, Mize, Lombardi, Walters, Herman, Vaughan and the rest of the winning team. Twenty-four autographs are here in total, with all but a few applied atop or near the individual portrait photographs appearing within the program's interior pages. The scorecard at center remains unused, and while the covers show a degree of wear, the program remains solid and complete and the autographs it contains are untouched by any condition issues.
