<B>1939-D 5C Reverse of 1940 MS66 Full Steps PCGS.</B></I> Ex: Omaha Bank Hoard. Other than the famous 1950-D, the 1939-D has the lowest business strike mintage of the series. The "Wavy Steps" (Reverse of 1938) and "Straight Steps" (Reverse of 1940) hubs were both used for the issue, and the latter is regarded as more available. Nonetheless, high grade examples with well struck steps are seldom seen. This lustrous and light golden-brown Premium Gem is virtually immaculate aside from a couple of pinpoint carbon flecks.
