1939 CHEVROLET RAT ROD
This car was a frame off build in 2008 and has been driven trouble free since then, racking up 80,000 kms. It has been all over Canada and the US. Twice won best Patina Paint award. Engine is 350 Chevy with high rise intake, Edelbrock carb, headers and a mild cam. Transmission is a GM 350 automatic with 9 Ford rear and 3.55 gears. All components were rebuilt in 2008. Mustang II front end with power steering, front rear swaybars. A tilt column, AM/FM radio with disc player, Olds Cutlass gauges and air conditioning complete the luxury items. Car runs and drives like new, never runs hot. Interior is typical rat rod, original with duct tape and Mexican blankets for seat covers. Car has equalizer hitch and 7 prong plug, it pulled a Bigfoot trailer about half of its mileage.
