Framed original acrylic paintings by aviation historian Michael O'Reilly. Including RAF Hampden Bomber which crashed at Kylebeg, Lacken, Co. Wicklow 18 April 1941, Luftwaffe Heinkel III H-6 Bomber which crashed on Blackstairs Mountain, Kiltealy, Co. Wexford 11 October 1941, and Luftwaffe Messerschmitt BF 109 Gustav. Also with framed copy of an acrylic painting of RAF Spitfire which crashed near Ratoath, Co. Meath 23 August 1942 and a dummy 40mm Bofors anti-aircraft drill round with dummy projectile and brass case, used for training purposes in Ireland and other countries during WW2. (5 items)
