<B>1939 10C PR67 Cameo NGC.</B></I> Essentially untoned, but with a slight golden cast on the reverse. Moderate contrast merits the Cameo designation, unusual as such for this era. A boldly struck piece, lacking all but microscopic distractions. Any Cameo proof Mercury Dime is an extraordinary rarity. When the entire type is considered, NGC has certified 12,330 proof Mercury dimes, but just 29 of those coins have received the Cameo designation, and none have been called Ultra Cameo.
