<B>1938-S 5C MS66 Full Steps PCGS.</B></I> An attractive first-year example, fully struck with glowing satiny luster and light olive-gray toning. There are two or three minuscule marks on the reverse representation of Monticello, and a spidery die crack along the top of the head, but these have a trivial impact on the overall eye appeal.
