1938 Dated Polish Eagle Radom Model 1935 Automatic Pistol with Early Leather Holster Three Extra Magazines and Brass Cleaning Rod

This is an example of a scarce Polish Eagle Radom VIS-35 pistol with holster that was manufactured in 1938. After the fall of Poland in early 1939, the Polish Radom pistols became a secondary issue weapon for the German Army, which was used widely throughout WWII. The left side of the slide is correctly marked in three blocks with "F.B. RADOM/1939r" followed by the Polish Eagle and "VIS-wz.35/pat. Nr.15567". The serial number is located on the right side of the frame above the trigger. Proof and inspection marks are stamped on both sides of the trigger guard bow and on the left side of the slide. This pre-war pistol that has the correct "three levers"; decocking lever, slide stop and takedown lever on the left side of the slide and frame, with the correct stock slot milled into the rear grip strap. The grips have "VIS" molded into the right grip and "FB" into the left. Complete with an original Polish eagle marked leather holster with three extra magazines and the extremely rare Polish marked brass cleaning rod. The back of the holster is fitted with a single belt loop and two "D" rings for a shoulder strap. The inside of the flap is ink stamped with the large Polish Eagle proof over "WP". This excellent pistol rig is complete with three prewar magazines (total) with blue finish with circled G-2 proofs on the bases.

Very fine with 85% plus of the original blue finish with the balance a brown patina. A spot of blue is absent on the front grip strap. The markings are clear and sharp. The grips are also in excellent condition with minor handling marks. The holster is in very fine condition with nice dark brown color overall, with tight stitching with clear ink stamps inside the holster. The spare magazines and rod are all in excellent condition. A nice early pre-WWII Polish Radom pistol rig.
