<B>1938-D 5C MS68 <img border='0' src='http://www.heritagecoins.com/images/star.gif' width=10 height=10> NGC.</B></I> A sensory overload, the obverse is deeply toned in shades of orange, plum, yellow, magenta, and blue, while the reverse is much more demurely patinated in shades of pale pastel green and gold. The strike is somewhat soft through the highpoints of each side, but the fantastic colors more than compensate, justly meriting NGC's coveted Star designation. A phenomenal coin for the color aficionados.
