1938-D 50C Arkansas MS67 PCGS. Like several other issues of the mid-1930s, the Arkansas Centennial issues lingered long after their original issues. A mere 3,155 examples of this issue were produced, a number that fits with the slide from 5,505 pieces from the Denver Mint in 1937 to just 2,104 coins in 1939. This lustrous Superb Gem is notable for its nearly complete lack of marks. Gold and silver-gray patina covers the obverse, while reddish-orange toning is prominent on the reverse. A well struck piece with great overall eye appeal. Population: 11 in 67, 0 finer (10/06).

Shipping: Coin/Currency (view shipping information)
