<B>1938-D 1C MS68 Red NGC.</B></I> This is an unbelievable orange-gold '38-D that yields dazzling luster and a powerful strike. Crisp definition is visible in Lincoln's hair, on the bow tie, and in the lines of the wheat stalks. Close examination reveals no abrasions worthy of individual note, just a few light inoffensive flecks on the reverse. A spectacular piece overall.
