<B>1938 50C New Rochelle MS67 PCGS.</B></I> The jewel-toned obverse exhibits widespread amber, citrine, ruby, emerald, and sapphire patina, while those colors appear only at the margins at the reverse. A highly lustrous and exquisitely preserved example of this late-date local-celebration issue.
