<B>1937-D 50C MS66 PCGS.</B></I> This piece appears quite close to an MS67 grade despite the sprinkling of abrasions seen on Liberty's lower legs. The surfaces are stone-white and brilliant, the strike is bold with a split thumb, and elsewhere the appeal is equally high. A comparison of D-mint emissions in this series from the 1930s against the population figures may lead one to the conclusion that this issue is underrated.
