<B>1936-S 5C MS67 NGC.</B></I> This date was widely hoarded by the roll (David Lange, 2006), helping to account for the abundance of Mint State coins, especially in MS65; even Premium Gems are fairly available. MS67 pieces, however, are more challenging. Indeed, NGC and PCGS have certified fewer than 100 such examples, and none finer. Sparkling luster radiates from untoned surfaces that exhibit sharply struck design elements. Both sides are impeccably preserved.
