<B>1936-S 50C Rhode Island MS67 NGC.</B></I> The stylized obverse of this commemorative issue seems to have equal numbers of supporters and detractors, and while some may dislike the simplified and low-relief appearance of that side, others admire it for how different it is compared to other contemporary commemoratives. Regardless of artistic taste, it is difficult to disapprove of this well struck coin's preservation. The surfaces display soft, pleasing luster and swirls of sky-blue and gold patina.
