<B>1936 5C Type Two--Brilliant Finish PR66 PCGS.</B></I> Two styles of proof coins were produced in 1936, with either a satin finish or a brilliant finish as on this example. The total mintage for both styles was 4,420 coins, and it is generally believed that about half that total represents each type. In fact, current population data supports such a division, as 49% of all NGC and PCGS submissions have a brilliant surface.
