<B>1936 5C Type One--Satin Finish PR68 PCGS.</B></I> This is a highly appealing and remarkably attractive Satin Finish proof example that was struck early in the year. More than 70 years later, this coin appears exactly the same as the day it was struck, save for the faintest trace of pale champagne toning. With magnification, we only see one tiny spot below the T of LIBERTY, perhaps the reason this coin did not receive the finer PR69 grade. Only one coin has been certified in that finer grade by PCGS. For the Set Registry collector, this is an exceptional opportunity to acquire a remarkable Superb Gem specimen.
