<B>1936 5C --Struck 5% Off-Center--MS63 PCGS.</B></I> A pleasingly detailed, faintly abraded example of this generally available Philadelphia issue. What makes this coin remarkable is its off-center status, a small shift toward 6 o'clock on the obverse, that has left a noticeable unstruck crescent at the upper obverse and lower reverse.
