<B>1936<50C> Lynchburg MS65 to MS66 Uncertified.</B></I> This lot contains an uncertified set of five (5) Lynchburg Commemorative half dollars, still residing in the original paper holder of issue. The coins are well preserved and grade at either MS65 or MS66. Also included is the small informative brochure announcing the upcoming mintage of the coins, with an order form on the back page, and the small manila envelope that the five pieces were delivered in; addressed to Mr. J. Whawell Johnson, of Pomona, California. Mr. Johnson was the son of Hiram Johnson, who was the Governor of California from 1911 to 1917, and a U.S. Senator from 1917 until 1945.
