<B>1936 50C Cleveland MS65 PCGS.</B></I> A partial tab-toned appearance on the obverse results from russet patina around portions of the border; the reverse consists of freckled russet that becomes somewhat more concentrated along the margins. Highly lustrous surfaces display well impressed devices, and reveal a few minute obverse marks that preclude an even higher grade.
