<B>1936 1C Type Two--Brilliant Finish--PR65 Red PCGS.</B></I> Uniformly brilliant with deep cherry-red coloration and fully struck design elements on each side. Nearly perfect, except for a couple of wispy, milky streaks in the upper right obverse field that are difficult to detect without magnification.
