<B>1936 1C Type Two--Brilliant Finish PR64 Red NGC.</B></I> Crisply struck with lovely mint-red coloration and just a slight degree of grade-limiting milkiness in the fields. Excellent surface preservation leaves the piece without any noteworthy distractions, on either side.
