THE AUCTION: Two sessions, on October 29 & 30, 2010 at 6:30 p.m.,
with internet bidding. IMPORTANT: You are strongly urged to thoroughly
read the following Terms & Conditions. Placing a bid in this sale constitutes
your acceptance of them.
BIDDING PROCEDURE: Bids can be placed in person or through an agent
at the auction by mail or fax. All phone bids, 450 723-1204 must be confirmed
in writing on a bid sheet and faxed to us (same number). Lots will be sold to
the highest bidder. In the case of identical bids, Floor bidders will have
priority. Unlimited or “buy” bids will not be accepted. No reserve auction,
minimum bid “face value” or percious metal content” can be refused at the
auctioneer’s discretion. Phone, fax or e-mail bids must reach us by
Thursday October 28, 2010 at 9:00 p.m. eastern time.
PURCHASER’S COMMISSION: Bidding on the floor and by mail. This
auction will not be available online. Purchaser’s commission of 15% will be
added to the hammer price, 18% for online bidder. The total of the Hammer
Price and the purchaser’s commission will constitute the selling price.
PAYMENT: All payments must be received before November 20, 2010 in

5% GST of the Selling Price is collected. All precious metals (bars or coins)
in Gold- Silver-Platinum, pure 999 are NOT-Taxable.
SHIPING INSURANCE : For interested parties, Lower Canada
Auction offers Private Insurance for FedEx and Xpresspost at a cost of
$2 per $100.00 value.
