<B>1935 St. Louis Cardinals Broadside with Dean Brothers.</B></I> Dizzy and Daffy use their considerable star power, particularly following their monumental 1934 "Gashouse Gang" season, to draw in the crowds for a doubleheader and two single games against the rival Chicago Cubs. Each photographic image offers a rare glimpse of what it would be like to face these fraternal fireballers, and bold text announces dates, times and the location of "3 Big Days of Baseball." A degree of weathering is certainly to be expected, as these signs were posted around St. Louis over seven decades ago, but the visual strength is still impressive.
