<B>1935-S 50C Boone MS68 NGC.</B></I> Beautiful lime-green, salmon-pink, orange, and cream-gray toning embraces this coruscating and immaculate Superb Gem. Characteristic of the Boone type, the strike is bold with only trivial incompleteness on WE TRUST and Boone's jaw. The mintmark is filled, as entered into the reverse die. This is the single-finest NGC-certified 1935-S Boone, and it is tied with a solitary PCGS MS68 example for the honor of highest graded. The plain field 1935-S is less famous than the ultra-low mintage 1935-S with the date 1934 added above PIONEER YEAR, often referred to (inaccurately but conveniently) as 1935/1934-S.
