1935 PGA Open Tournament Programs (2) Signed
1935 PGA Open Tournament Programs (2) Signed by Hagen, Armour & More. Worth a nice little sum in unsigned condition, this pair of programs for the August 1935 PGA Open at Cleveland, Ohio's Acacia Country Club finds further appeal with the addition of thirty-eight autographs (spread over both programs) from those present for the event. Most appealing is a page of small photographs entitled "Famous Stars of Golf," which provides flawless black fountain pen autographs from Walter Hagen, Gene Sarazen, Al Espinosa, Billy Burke and Tommy Armour. Most notable among the balance of autographs, which include golfers, PGA staffers and tournament attendees, are John Revolta, who signs the cover of the second program "To a Lovely Waitress," and Baseball Hall of Famer Tris Speaker. All autographs noted, and practically all present, remain in splendid 9+/10 condition. The programs themselves exhibit minor paper loss on the back covers from scrapbook removal but are otherwise free of any troubling flaws. LOA from PSA/DNA.

Shipping: Books & Catalogs (view shipping information)
