1935-D 50C MS65 PCGS. The 1935-D half dollar is nearly impossible to find fully struck, with many that exhibit a nearly flat head. Moreover, surface abrasions are usually a problem (Bruce Fox, 1993). The current Gem comes out better than most 1935-D's with respect to these attributes. Liberty's head is sharp, as are the gown lines, and the branches display partial detail. A milling mark on Liberty's lower left skirt fold is the only mark worthy of mention. Pleasing luster adorns both sides, which are visited by whispers of delicate golden-tan and powder-blue. Overall, a much better-than-average representative of this issue.

Shipping: Coins & Currency (view shipping information)
