1935-D 10C MS67 Full Bands PCGS. As one might expect for a post-1931 Mercury dime with a sizeable original mintage of 10.4 million pieces, the 1935-D is not a rare date in an absolute sense. The number of Superb Gems, however, is limited by striking softness that leaves many examples ill-defined in the centers and around the peripheries. On the other hand, this essentially untoned survivor has fully split, well rounded central crossbands, and the strike is only incomplete on the tops of the IB in LIBERTY. Free of grade-limiting blemishes. NGC and PCGS have seen just 23 examples at the MS67 Full Bands level, and none finer (1/07).

Shipping: Coins & Currency (view shipping information)
