<B>1935 50C Hudson MS67 NGC.</B></I> Both sides exhibit vivid iridescent toning that holds special appeal. Cyan, gold, and peach are just a few of the colors visible. The coin's frosty luster penetrates the thick patina, particularly in the golden-hued zones of the reverse. Only 10,008 examples were struck, a figure that puts the Hudson nearly on par with the Hawaiian for the lowest-mintage single-issue silver commemorative, although had the bill authorizing the Hudson and Rhode Island issues passed in its original form, the Hudson would have had a tiny mintage of 6,000 coins.
