<B>1935/34-S 50C Boone MS68 NGC.</B></I> The "Pioneer Year" 1934 created the split-date varieties for 1935 that outraged collectors and speculators, though many of those offended customers purchased examples nonetheless. Thin bands of violet and pink grace the left side of the coin, while a sizable crescent of gold-orange patina surrounds a denim-blue oval that appears to the right of the center.
