1934-S $1 MS64 PCGS. The years 1934 and 1935 saw a short-lived revival of the silver dollar denomination, which used the Peace dollar design last seen in 1928. While none of the five issues from those two years are particularly common in Mint State, the 1934-S is easily the most elusive across most grades, including near-Gem. The present piece offers pleasing detail and strongly lustrous, slightly satiny silver-gray surfaces. Just a trace of gold-tinged haze graces the well-preserved obverse.
From The Arnold & Harriet Collection.

Coin Engraver: Anthony de Francisci

Shipping: Coins & Currency (view shipping information\)
