<B>1934-D 50C MS67 NGC.</B></I> Small D. A substantial number of 1934-D halves were struck (2.36 million), but most appear to have been roughly handled. This coin is one of only three Superb Gems certified by the two major grading services. The surfaces are thoroughly lustrous and each side shows pinkish-lilac toning with golden accents around the margins.
