1932 $10 MS66 NGC. There is no doubt that this issue is the most common Indian eagle, with a mintage of well over 4 million coins. The reason for such a large mintage, at a time when gold coins were about to be discontinued, is not known, but this issue does provide an opportunity for collectors to obtain a gold coin from this decade at a reasonable price. Only eagles and double eagles were coined during the 1930s, and every other issue is a major rarity. This piece has radiant and frosty yellow-gold luster with nearly flawless surfaces. Only seven finer pieces have been certified by NGC (4/07).

Shipping: Coins & Currency (view shipping information)
