1932 $10 MS66 NGC. The otherwise even orange-gold color gives way to golden-rose shadings in isolated areas toward the upper obverse and lower reverse borders. Both sides are awash in rich, scintillating, frosty mint luster with razor sharp striking definition throughout. A thin planchet streak (as struck) is seen in the obverse field before the bridge of Liberty's nose, and tiny spots are well concealed in the obverse headdress and the reverse field below the eagle's beak. There are, however, no singularly bothersome bagmarks, and the eye appeal is exceptional. From the William C. Owsley, Jr. Collection.
