<B>1931-S 10C MS66 Full Bands PCGS.</B></I> Wisps of golden-brown patina embrace this highly lustrous and attentively struck Premium Gem. Only inconsequential marks are present, and the obverse field is essentially pristine. Because of the Great Depression, circulation demand for dimes was diminished.
