<B>1931 10C MS67 Full Bands PCGS.</B></I> Certainly one of the very finest of this date to survive as the surfaces are nearly perfect, and the strike is full and complete. Furthermore, the coin is toned with lovely light blue and gold over the entire obverse, the reverse matched with light teal and gold around the edge. It would be hard to imagine a more beautiful Superb Gem of this issue.
