We offer a very hard to find Pyrex ovenware covered casserole dish with the fired on tulip design. This line by Pyrex was made in the 1930's and was the first fired on color decoration by the company. These were manufactured in small numbers and few survive today. The 1 1/2 quart casserole dish is clear oven glass with a wide band of frosted glass with the fired on red tulips and green leaves. The dish is embossed on the bottom; PYREX, 682-B-022-622-B. This is in very good condition with no chips or rough edges. The tulips are bright with no color loss. A great addition to a vintage kitchen, or Pyrex collection.
