Payment Details:
All major credit cards only through Pay Pal are accepted. Bank wires and cashier’s checks are accepted. Merchandise will not be released until payment is cleared. All international sales and sales exceeding $5000 must be paid by bank wire or certified check by express mail. Payment is expected within 1-2 business days concluding auction.

The buyer agrees to pay remaining balance due (plus applicable fees and taxes) within 5 days of the close of the auction. All financial transactions must be completed before delivery of the vehicle.

Sales tax, tag and title fees will be charged to any Florida buyer unless you are a licensed dealer. If you live out of state and plan on taking delivery of the vehicle here in Florida and driving it back to your state you must pay sales tax in Florida. Please call our staff to go over the details. Out of state buyers are responsible for all state, county, city taxes and fees, as well as title/registration fees in the state that the vehicle will be registered.

We assume no responsibility for damages incurred after leaving our premises.
