1930's Jack Johnson Double Signed Card. A hero to a nation of African-Americans and the sworn enemy of much of white America, who clamored to find any pale-skinned contender to knock the crown from Johnson's head in the early half of the 1910's. The first black Heavyweight Champion of the World has applied his 10/10 black fountain pen signature to both sides of a business sized card, adding a greeting of "good luck" to one of them. Johnson's significance in both the sporting and social history of the twentieth century makes his an essential autograph for any serious collector. LOA from PSA/DNA.
