1930 San Juan Pottery Bowl by Tomasita Montoya, Artist Bio: Tomasita Reyes Montoya (1899-1978) Ohkay Owingeh Pueblo was the mother of Dominguita Naranjo and Rosita de Herrera, both of whom are famous potters. She was one of the original 7 potters in the 1930s San Juan Pueblo revival of pottery production. Bowl measures approx. 3.5''H x 5''W. Bowl has cut away designs with five rain cloud symbols at the top and half diamond cutaway designs around the bottom of the pottery bowl. Signed on the bottom of the bowl.
