<B>1929-S<50C> MS66 NGC.</B></I> A mostly brilliant surface covers each side of this delectable coin, but a few glimpses of lilac, olive-gold, and rainbow patina grace the right half of the obverse. This is a well struck piece, although some strike softness in the centers is visible. This would be the last Walking Liberty half dollar produced for four years in San Francisco, and most examples from this first year of the Great Depression went immediately into circulation. Census: 29 in 66, 4 finer (9/06).
