<B>1929-S 25C MS67 Full Head NGC.</B></I> This is a sharply detailed, frosty, essentially perfect example. A tiny mark on Liberty's jaw is the only blemish that we can find on either side. Several Full Head examples of this date have been certified as MS67 by NGC and PCGS, but none have received a higher grade.
