<B>1929 $5 MS62 PCGS.</B></I> Frosty surfaces and brilliant yellow-gold luster is the typical appearance for nearly every surviving 1929 half eagle, as exhibited on this piece. Both sides of this piece have extensive grade-limiting abrasions, yet not too severe for the numerical level assigned to this piece. Slight weakness is evident on the lower feathers of the obverse, but all of the remaining detail on both sides is sharply defined.
